Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our jam, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been picked up, delivered, or shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at schoniger.stephanie@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will do our best to make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for taste preferences, failure to follow storage instructions, delayed pickup, or products that have been opened, improperly stored, or left unrefrigerated after opening.

Lena's Orchard jams are handmade in small batches. Please inspect your jar before opening. Do not consume if the jar is cracked, leaking, the lid seal appears broken, the product smells unusual, shows mold, or appears unsafe.

Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3–4 weeks.

This product is homemade and produced in a home kitchen. It is made under California Cottage Food Operation rules.

Our jams may be prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens may be present, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients.

Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should review the ingredient list carefully before consuming. Please contact us before purchasing if you have allergy concerns.

By purchasing and consuming Lena's Orchard products, customers acknowledge that our products are handmade food items and agree to follow all storage and handling instructions provided.

Lena's Orchard is not responsible for illness, allergic reaction, or injury resulting from misuse, improper storage, failure to refrigerate after opening, consumption after the recommended use period, tampering after purchase, or disregard of posted ingredient, allergen, and storage information.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights a customer may have under applicable law.

By purchasing from Lena's Orchard, you agree to our policies regarding final sale items, storage, pickup/delivery, allergens, and food safety. Our products are handmade in small batches, and natural variation in color, texture, sweetness, and fruit pieces may occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, ingredient lists, allergen notices, and storage instructions before purchasing.
